Mam's Birthday

Have only one birthday in December, that's my Mam. Used a 'Charleston/Flapper' lady image and backing paper set from Crafty Jak's cd that I had used for the Christmas cards for the oldies.

The Kids

Moving onto the cards for my kids. Starting of with the one for my son, Will. As I did not have any magazine freebies that were suitable had to make this one from my own imagination. Stamped the polar bear image on white card and glittered the snowflakes only. The mats behind the image were die cut using rectangle nestabilities. The retro style backing cardstock was called 'Figgy Pudding'.

This next card was used made using freebie backing papers and images from Creative Cardmaking. Loved the image as it typifies my youngest daughter, who almost runs round the shops when she is shopping.

The final one is for my eldest daughter, using the a topper and backing sheet from the same range in Creative Cardmaking. Added a touch of bling by sticking pale purple gemstones into the centre of the snowflakes.

Cards for the oldies!!!!

Cards for the Oldies, well should I say the elder members of the family.

The first is for my Aunt (Dad's sister and a cardmaker). Used a free image from Papercraft Essentials and cardstock that I got in my favourite coffee and craft shop on the island.

The next one is for my Mam and Dad. The background sheet and topper were from Crafty Jak's Background and more CD3.

The last card for the oldies, for my Father-in-law, used the same backing sheet as my mam and dad's card but a different topper from the same set.

Final Batch of Friends Cards

Slowly but surely I am getting towards the end of the tunnel of christmas cardmaking. This batch is for my daughter's boyfriend and his family.

These two were made with bits and bots that I had lying about.

I did this one for a challenge way back in the summer.
