Last Thursday, 4th of June, saw the Cally Society's big annual fundraiser. Every year around this time we hold the annual 'Cally Cuddies' horseracing evening. This year we raised just over BD1000 [approximately £1,500] which will be donated to charity, still to be decided.
In my role as Secretary and 'official Thank You Cardmaker' I had to get a card done for Barry, without him and his computer the commitee's job on the night would be so much more difficult. Barry does the computerised odds on the races. Used the image that I had used for the posters of a jockey been thrown from a horse and tagged on a silver peel-off coloured green.
